Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data — email, name, and authentication records (sessions, connected sign-in providers, API keys you create).
• Your media — videos you upload or import, the transcripts, signals, detected clips and the video assets derived from them.
• Connected platforms — for linked Twitch channels: public channel identity, stream metadata, and public chat messages during monitored sessions.
• Usage & telemetry — an audit log of account actions, plan/usage metering, and (when analytics is enabled) product analytics and error reports with personal data scrubbed.

How your media is processed

Video is stored and streamed by Cloudflare Stream and served only through signed, expiring URLs. Speech is transcribed by Deepgram. Clip candidates are reviewed by Google's Gemini models (the clip video, its transcript, and detection evidence are sent for scoring; judge copies are deleted after review). Payments are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers. We do not use your media to train our own or third-party foundation models.

Ratings and personalization

Clip ratings (👍/👎) tune detection weights and judging examples for your own channels only. They never influence other accounts.

Retention & deletion

Finished projects are retained per your plan (Free: 7 days, Pro: 90 days), raw chat records for 30 days, and audit logs for one year. Deleting a project or clip deletes its media from video storage. Deleting your account removes your data and derived media, subject to short-lived backups that expire on schedule.

Your rights

You can export your clips at any time, delete any project, clip, channel link, or your entire account from Settings, and revoke API keys and sessions immediately. For data requests beyond that, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or your media. Ever.
• We don't post anywhere on your behalf.
• We don't read private messages — only public chat of monitored streams.
