Terms of Service

The service

ClipRadar analyzes video you provide — uploads, URL imports, and connected live streams — to detect highlights and generate clips. Features, limits, and pricing per plan are listed on the pricing page and enforced in the product.

Your content and rights

  • You must own or have the rights to any video you process — including third-party VODs you import. You are responsible for how you use the resulting clips.
  • Your content remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, and deliver it back to you.
  • Don't process unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or media of private individuals without consent.

Fair use

Plan limits (minutes, concurrency, clip caps, retention) are part of the deal. Circumventing metering, abusing refunds (e.g. systematic analyze-then-cancel), or attacking the service may lead to suspension. We'll always tell you why.

Billing

Paid plans bill through Stripe monthly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps your plan until the period ends; no partial-period refunds, but analysis minutes are automatically refunded when our pipeline fails. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.

AI outputs

Clip selection, scores, captions, and titles are AI-generated and can be wrong. Scores are ranking signals, not performance promises. Review clips before publishing — especially captions of names and factual claims.

Service quality

We build on third-party providers (video, transcription, AI review, rendering, payments) and inherit their occasional outages; jobs retry automatically and failures refund your minutes. The service is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

Delete your account any time from Settings — your data and media are removed per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts violating these terms, with an explanation and a chance to export unless the violation makes that impossible.
