Every pick is a clip, powered by Cloudflare Stream

  • Detected moments and clips are now one thing: every window the AI picks becomes a real clip with its own playable video, generated automatically in the background.
  • Video infrastructure moved to Cloudflare Stream — uploads, server-side clipping, signed playback, thumbnails, and MP4 downloads.
  • Clip generation is fully asynchronous and isolated: one failed clip never affects the rest of the analysis, and failed clips retry with one click.
  • The review queue plays instantly either way — a generated clip plays its own asset; one still generating seeks into the source video.
  • The marketing splash is gone: the root URL takes you straight to the app (or the login page).

Uploads, imports, the Studio, and honest plans

  • Upload video files (resumable, up to 20 GB) or import Twitch VODs, YouTube videos, and direct links — no channel required.
  • Content-type profiles (gaming, podcast, education, just-chatting) tune detection, judging, and clip lengths per video kind.
  • The Studio: trim boundaries, rewrite hook titles and captions, switch caption styles, re-render, and download finished shorts.
  • Honest pipeline progress with named stages, real fractions, cancel, and retry — processing survives refreshes and deploys.
  • Clip cuts now snap to sentence boundaries; multi-speaker sources get speaker-turn detection.
  • Free and Pro plans with per-minute metering, automatic refunds on failure, and server-side enforcement of every limit.
  • A measurable quality-evaluation harness now gates detection changes.
  • New marketing site and this documentation.
